This page details the management mode of the web site with regard to the processing of users’ personal data collected through the site.

This policy is valid only for the blauwer.com and not for any other site that the user may visit through links present on the site.
Furthermore, the policy also complies with recommendation n° 2/2001 adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group created by art. 29 of Directive n° 95/46/EC, on 17th May 2001, in order to identify some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, the ways, times and nature of the information which the data controllers must provide users when they visit the web pages, irrespective of their reasons for doing so.
The consultation and use of this site may require the processing of personal data concerning identified or identifiable individuals.
The entity carrying out the processing activities, that is to say, the data controller is the Blauwer SPA company.
Place of data processing
All processing activities concerning the web services offered by this site are carried out at Claim B&Communication. Data are processed exclusively by the technical staff of the Section entrusted with the processing, or by staff members occasionally entrusted with maintenance operations.
No data collected through the web service shall be communicated or disseminated to third parties.
Types of data processed
In the course of their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures for the operation of this site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but, by its nature, might be used, through processing and association with third party data, to identify the users.
Such information includes IP addresses, computer domain names used by the users that connect to the web site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the return file, the numeric code showing the status of the server answer (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
These data are used for the sole purpose to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and its correct operation. Data might also be used to determine liability in case of possible cybercrime against the web site: without prejudice for this case, data on web contacts shall be retained for a maximum of 30 days.
The site may process the identification data (name, surname, e-mail) of users who forward their requests to Plastic Systems using the form in the http://blauwer.com/contacts/ page and such data shall be retained for the time necessary to address the request made.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email messages to the addresses shown in this web site entails the acquisition of the sender’s address, as a necessary step to address the sender’s requests, and also of any other personal data that might be included in the message. Data input in the contacts form shall be functional for the sending of answers to the requests for information. Data sent through the CV form shall be used to assess and select candidates who might subsequently be contacted for an interview.

Personal data are processed with automatic tools, if they are data derived from the user’s access to the web site pages, whereas, if they are data sent directly to the e-mail addresses published in the web site, with the contacts or CV forms, they are processed manually.
Data are processed for the time that is strictly necessary to attain the purposes for which they have been collected.
Specific security measures are adopted in order to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use of data and unauthorised access thereto.
Rights of data subjects
Data subjects shall have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, to be informed of their nature and source, and to verify their accuracy or request their integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, they have the right to request the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, and to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data.
